Terms of Service

These terms govern your participation in the WPI Rewards merchant program operated by Wholesale Payments.

1. Eligibility

Participation is available to active Wholesale Payments merchant accounts in good standing.

2. Earning points

Points accrue automatically on qualifying processed transactions and are held as Pending until the underlying batches settle.

3. Redemption

Available points may be redeemed for catalog items. Redemptions are final once an order is confirmed; taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

4. Point validity

Points remain in your account while your processing account is active and in good standing.

5. Program changes

The program, catalog and earn rates may change; material changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Limitation of liability

Rewards are provided as-is; third-party brands are not sponsors of this program.
